Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account, signing in with Google or GitHub, or using the website, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy and the Cookie Policy. If you use the service for a business, you confirm you may bind that business. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Browsing the open parts of the website needs no account.

What the service is

Tools to create and share digital and printable invitations, manage guests and entry passes, send SMS, record event contributions, and (for venues and businesses) manage bookings, customers, staff and money records. The website also lists venues, service providers and business advertisements, and publishes planning guides. We may add, change or remove features.

Your account

• Give true information and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person may have several roles (client, business owner, staff) under one account.
• Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.

Your content and your guests’ information

• You keep ownership of what you upload. You allow us to store, display and send it as needed to run your events.
• You are responsible for having the right to use the photos, music and text you add, and for the information of your guests, customers and contributors. Collect only what you need and use it only for the event or business purpose.
• Do not upload anything unlawful, hateful, misleading, or that infringes someone’s rights. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these terms.

SMS rules

• Send SMS only to people who expect it: your guests, contributors or customers. Promotional messages go only to customers who agreed to receive them, and must be easy to stop.
• Honour opt-outs: numbers on your do-not-SMS list are skipped automatically.
• No spam, scams, threats or messages that hide who you are. A sender name must be one you are entitled to use.
• SMS credits are used when messages are accepted by our SMS provider. A message “sent” is accepted for delivery; it is “delivered” only when the network confirms.

Venues, providers and advertisements

• Businesses are responsible for their listings, prices, availability and promises. We approve listings before they appear but do not guarantee them.
• A booking, inquiry or purchase is an agreement between the customer and the business. We keep the records (requests, receipts, statements) but we do not hold or guarantee booking money unless we say so for a specific payment.
• Reviews must be honest, from real customers, without links or abuse. We may hide reviews that break this rule.
• Contact details on the website are for genuine enquiries, not for mass marketing.

Plans, credits and fees

Prices are in Tanzanian shillings and shown before you pay. Plan upgrades raise how many invitations you can have; SMS credits pay for messages; businesses may be charged for advertisement usage as shown in their billing page. Payments go through Pesapal, AzamPay or an approved manual method. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

Money records

Receipts and payments are never edited or deleted. A wrong payment is cancelled with a reason and stays visible in the history, so every total can be explained.

Acceptable use

• No attempts to break, probe or overload the service, to reach other people’s data, or to bypass limits.
• No scraping of personal information, no automated sign-ups, no reselling access without our written agreement.
• Obey the laws that apply to you, including those on data protection, advertising and electronic communications.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Plan important events early, and keep your own copy of guest lists and passes you rely on (exports are available).

Our responsibility

We are responsible for the service as described. We are not responsible for losses that come from things outside our control (networks, SMS operators, payment companies, a venue or provider not keeping its promise), or for indirect losses such as lost profit. Nothing here limits responsibility that cannot be limited by law.

Ending

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk, and will explain why where we can.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date and version above change, and for important changes we tell account holders. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
